He hired a dream team that my ears could not quite imagine.
Scott Robinson on tenor sax and trumpet, Dave Stryker guitar and drummer McClinty Hunter.
The interplay between Robinson and Stryker was simply ear candy!
Perla never fails to bring in a slightly different combination of musicians at least,
sometimes with great young people I want to remember,
but always, always, getting it right.
