Nicole Glover

New York-based saxophonist and educator Nicole Glover has been described by the press as "Glover's set was something else entirely, damn near the stuff of which legends are made." - All About Jazz

She has performed with Reggie Workman, Kenny Washington, Renee Rosnes, Billy Hart, George Colligan, Joe Farnsworth, Geoffrey Keezer, and Blue Note supergroup ARTEMIS.

Nicole was with Jazz at Lincoln Center's "Jazz For Young People" educational outreach program in various NYC schools, is currently on faculty with the New York Jazz Workshop, and is a teacher for multiple charter schools through the Jazz Empowers program.
Chris Rogers

Chris has performed throughout Europe, Japan, South America and the United States as a featured soloist with many top artists in Jazz and Latin music. At age 19 he began a five-year association with Jazz giant Gerry Mulligan, replacing Tom Harrell as the primary trumpet soloist with the Concert Jazz Band.

He's also gigged and/or recorded with luminaries such as Buddy Rich, Maria Schneider, Frank Sinatra, Chaka Khan, Eddie Palmieri, The Mingus Big Band, Mel Lewis and The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, Lionel Hampton, Mercer Ellington, Arturo O'Farrill, Eartha Kitt, Lee Konitz, and Mongo Santamaria.
Corey Wilcox

Corey Wilcox comes from a musical family in which his father Wycliffe Gordon plays the trombone and his mother Danielle Wilcox plays classical piano and clarinet. At the age of 13 he chose the trombone against martial arts. He attended the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in Jacksonville, Florida.

In New York in 2006, he performed with the school ensemble at the Essentially Ellington Festival competition at Lincoln Center, where he was part of the winning formation and recognized as an outstanding soloist.

Wilcox worked in the New York jazz circuit from the 2010s with, among others, Brandee Younger, Jay Phelps (Free As the Birds), Larry Wilson (No Secrets No Lies), Aaron Burnett & The Big Machine (Anomaly) and with Greg Murphy (Summer Breeze , 2016).

Corey Wilcox is indeed noticeable — particularly his unparalleled soloing abilities.
Oscar Williams II

Oscar began to develop his style informed by the important aspects of old gospel, blues, and funk. He applies all of these influences in his conception of the jazz style.

Some great artists he has the fortune to perform with include: Bobby Watson, Curtis Lundy, Joe Chambers, Jeff "Tain" Watts, Bill Goodwin, Bob Durough, Marion Cowings, and Vincent Herring through which has he gained the attention of and currently is a member of Gene Perla's "Star Wonder" and formerly with the Wallace Roney Quintet.

In 2012, he began a rare apprenticeship with the late pianist Mulgrew Miller. Though his time with the legendary pianist was brief, the effects of the relationship are bound to be everlasting. When asked to reflect on his experiences, Oscar graciously relays, "The journey has hardly begun."

Gene Perla

At the Berklee School of Music and Boston Conservatory, Perla concentrated on piano before moving to double bass. In 1969 he spent time as a member of the Woody Herman Orchestra.

During the early 1970s, he worked with Elvin Jones, Sonny Rollins, Sarah Vaughan, and The Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Orchestra. In 1975 he started the band Stone Alliance with Don Alias and Steve Grossman.

In 1973, Perla founded the independent record label PM Records ("PM" for Post Meridiem) whose broad album catalogue includes releases by Nina Simone, Elvin Jones, Dave Liebman and Steve Grossman.

He has taught at Lehigh University and the New School of Jazz & Contemporary Music.
D. Treut

D. Treut's music is defined by unconventionality. He has explored the jazz improvisational, rock, and pop realms with equal vigor, extracting from each to create something original and undefinable.

Classifying D. Treut's style as 'outsider music' is somewhat undervaluing, given the complex, intelligent musicality of the work. Yet, the moniker captures the non-conformist spirit of the music.

Treut reveals a pop sensibility, providing the listener with an uncommon accessibility.
